Utilizing non-contact measurement technology and high-performance vision systems, we are capable of performing high-precision measurements of complex shapes and even minute products.
Scanning Electron Microscope
Energy Dispersive X-ray Analyzer
Used for metal fracture analysis (fracture surface analysis) and for observing abnormalities on plated surfaces. By performing fracture surface analysis in-house, we can quickly identify the causes of fracture.
Nonlinear Analysis Program
Software that can handle a wide range of tasks, including real-time physical simulations, complex data analysis, design improvements, and product testing, and that can achieve advanced simulations.
Cycle Life Tester
We can test the cycle life of springs by ourselves using our own in-house developed cycle life testing machine.
