We aim to promote the well-being* of everyone involved with us, and are committed to the sustainable development of local communities and the conservation of the natural environment.

We will promote our SDGs initiatives through our CSR Promotion Team and adhere to our company code of conduct, which is based on the RBA Code of Conduct.

We have established basic standards for ethical and responsible business conduct as an organization, and our employees will act in accordance with these standards in their daily activities.

Local contribution activities

Our company engages in local contribution activities such as the following：Cleaning up the area around the factory and Lake Suwa, accepting factory tours from schools and various organizations, and making donations or sponsoring community events.
